Dinner

Saturday, April 25th at 6:30 PM, a joint dinner will be served in the hotel restaurant.
The price is 525 SEK per person and is paid in connection with the dinner to the restaurant.

How many people will attend the dinner?

For those of you who are attending the AGM, there are a limited number of rooms reserved at the same hotel where the AGM is being held. You can easily make your reservation yourself via the button below.

Single room 700 SEK/night.
Double room 900 SEK/night.

The hotel offers a limited number of parking spaces. Advance reservations can be made by phone, 013 – 25 26 00, or via the hotel’s website, Quality Hotel Ekoxen. The cost of parking is 225 SEK/night. There are also other parking options near the hotel.

Should your plans change, you are responsible for canceling your overnight stay. Cancellations must be made directly to the hotel by phone 013–25 26 00, no later than April 22 at 4:00 PM. In the event of no-show, the cost will be charged.
